Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order, using DHL eCommerce, USPS, or ePacket, depending on your location and the fastest available service. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: 5-15 business days (you may receive your items much earlier)
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track your package every step of the way! Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location. Any customs duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that delays in customs can extend delivery times.

Lost or Stolen Packages
My Vital is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are confirmed to be delivered to the address provided during checkout. If your package is lost or stolen, please reach out to the shipping carrier to report the issue. We will do our best to assist you in recovering your package.
Damaged Items
